By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The platform provides automated trading strategy execution, backtesting, market scanning, and copy-trading tools for supported blockchain networks. The platform is a software tool — it is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial adviser.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency trading services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws, including tax obligations.
Your funds remain in your own wallet at all times. Trading is authorized through revocable session keys that permit only trading actions. We never hold your private keys and cannot move funds outside the scope you approve. You may revoke session keys at any time from Settings.
Trading cryptocurrencies — especially with leverage — involves substantial risk of loss. Automated strategies can and do lose money. Past performance, backtests, and simulations do not guarantee future results. Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice.
Access requires a paid subscription of $299 per month, billed in USDC via Solana Pay or Coinbase Commerce. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Copy trading mirrors another user’s trades with your capital at your chosen proportion. Signal providers set their own fees (free, monthly, or profit share); the platform takes 0% of copy-trading fees. Providers are not employees or agents of the platform, and their performance is not vetted or endorsed. You copy at your own risk and may stop at any time.
If you opt in as a signal provider, your trades, statistics, display name, and bio become publicly visible. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for any obligations arising from fees you charge copiers. We may remove providers who manipulate statistics or abuse the leaderboard.
You may not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform; use it for market manipulation, wash trading, or money laundering; or access it from sanctioned jurisdictions. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Blockchain networks, price oracles, and third-party venues may fail or behave unexpectedly. Circuit breakers and risk limits are best-effort protections, not guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed profits, network fees, oracle errors, smart-contract failures, or indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the preceding three months.
You may close your account at any time; session keys are revoked and publishing stops immediately. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms with notice where practicable.
