Account data (name, email), wallet public addresses, trading configuration, and usage analytics. We do not collect the private keys of your own wallet — ever. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store card numbers.
Your own wallet's private keys never leave your wallet. The trading wallet we create for your account has its signing key stored encrypted on our servers, used only to execute the rule you set, and disclosed only to you — if you choose to export it after password and two-factor verification. We store its public address, your registered payout address, and the on-chain transaction ids of trades, fees and withdrawals so you can review them.
To operate the platform: executing the SOL Hold rule you set, computing statistics, processing your plan and the performance fee, and sending the notifications you enable. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Blockchain transactions are inherently public: anyone can see the transfers made by a wallet address, though not who owns it.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a small set of preference cookies (theme, dismissed notices). No third-party advertising cookies.
Card payments are processed by Stripe; cryptocurrency payments are verified directly on the Solana and Ethereum blockchains. Price data comes from public market-data APIs. These services receive only the data required to perform their function.
Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account it is removed immediately and irreversibly — which is why deletion is refused while your trading wallet still holds funds. Legal obligations may require longer retention of payment records.
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. Contact us to exercise these rights; we respond within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. No system is perfectly secure — report vulnerabilities to the contact below.
The platform is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We will notify you of material changes to this policy by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
